Terms of Use

1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THESE TERMS COVER

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TalentKick mobile app and related services ("Service"), provided by TalentKick, Maltepe Mahallesi 511. Sokak No: 30, Adapazarı/Sakarya, Türkiye ("TalentKick", "we"). Contact: info@talentkick.net.

By using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. THE SERVICE

TalentKick is a video editor for football content. You can import your own clips and photos, edit them with templates and editing tools, export the result to your device, share it to other apps, and, if you have an account, publish it to the TalentKick community feed where other users can watch, like and comment.

Projects you edit are stored on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers unless you choose to publish an edit.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

3.1. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in your country if higher, to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3.2. You can sign in with Apple, Google or an email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.

3.3. Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe trademarks or be offensive. We may reclaim or change a username that breaks these Terms.

3.4. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and published edits as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. YOUR CONTENT

4.1. You keep ownership of the videos, photos, audio, text and other material you import or publish ("Your Content").

4.2. When you publish an edit to the community feed, you grant TalentKick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and adapt it (for example, to create thumbnails or lower-resolution copies) for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the edit or your account, except for copies other users have already shared outside the Service and backups kept for a limited period.

4.3. You confirm that you own or have all the rights needed for Your Content, including rights to any music, footage, logos and images of people appearing in it, and that publishing it does not break any law or anyone's rights.

4.4. Templates you publish may be used by other users to create their own edits. The clips they add remain theirs.

5. COMMUNITY RULES

You must not publish or use the Service to share content that:

• infringes copyright, trademark or other rights, including match broadcasts or music you don't have the rights to;
• is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, discriminatory or bullying;
• exploits or endangers minors in any way;
• is spam, misleading, or impersonates another person or organisation;
• promotes illegal activity, betting fraud or match fixing.

You must not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content, restrict features (such as publishing) or suspend accounts that break these rules. Suspended users are told the reason and can appeal in the app.

6. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe content on TalentKick infringes your copyright, email info@talentkick.net with: your contact details; a description of the work; the link to the content (for example talentkick.net/v/…); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. TALENTKICK PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS

7.1. TalentKick Pro is an optional paid subscription that removes the watermark and unlocks features such as 2K/4K export, 60 fps and Pro templates, filters, transitions and title styles. Features may change over time; we won't remove the core benefits of an active paid period.

7.2. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to your store account. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm.

7.3. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your TalentKick account does not cancel a subscription.

7.4. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends.

7.5. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. OUR CONTENT

Templates, filters, fonts, graphics, the TalentKick name and logo, and the app itself are owned by TalentKick or its licensors. You may use them to create and share edits through the Service. Exports made without Pro include a TalentKick watermark that you must not remove.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, Firebase, Cloudflare and RevenueCat. Sharing to other apps (for example TikTok or Instagram) is subject to those apps' own terms.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that projects stored on your device can always be recovered. Keep copies of material that matters to you.

11. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, TalentKick is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
